What do the VSE/SME correspondents do?

Running a business inevitably brings many questions. These include those relating to daily operations, financing and future prospects...

IEDOM support you with a network of VSE-SME liaison officers in its six overseas offices: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte and Réunion Island. Our liaison officers are here to guide you through financing options and assist you in times of financial difficulty.

A mission of support and guidance

IEDOM’s VSE-SME liaison officers are by your side to :

  • Listen and understand : They can meet with you upon request to analyse your situation, especially regarding financing challenges.
  • Guide you : They will direct you to the right contacts who can help answer your questions.
  • Crisis management : VSE-SME liaison officers also provide vital assistance to businesses affected by crises, as was the case during the pandemic.

In addition, a “business leader’s toolbox” is available to all companies that are being created, developed, or experiencing growth. It helps them better understand the existing mechanisms for early detection and support for businesses facing difficulties, in order to:

  • Anticipate : engage in dialogue with your partners and equip yourself with the essential tools for managing your business;
  • Receive support : you can receive assistance in resolving disputes amicably;
  • Prevent difficulties : use diagnostic tools to detect issues early enough to address them effectively.

Download the business leader’s toolbox to learn about all the support mechanisms available to you.
